Coach House

poor overall From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   To be fair, the apartments were actually nice, good size and open in a nice part of town. Unfortunately, Coach House rents to a lot of college students who do not care about noise, trash, cars, whatever. The staff was usually friendly, but not very helpful and would often turn irate on you. There records were horrible, and good luck on getting a receipt for anything. Rent was also very high for the area as well as deposit.
