Overall Experience while living there 4 years From: Kyle.Czuczejko@commercebank.com Date posted: 3/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   I am currently looking for a house to buy due to the fact that these people who run this apartment complex have many many issues!! I have had problems with everything from miscommunication to just plain crappy workmanship while fixing something. I have lived in the same apartment for more than 4 years and I have had a leak problem in my closet for more than a year now!!!!! I have repeatly contacted the office to get them to fix it, and they say they have but in reality they haven't. I recently had some worker come by my place and they were to fix the ceiling but it had been leaking within the last 24 hrs so they did not and were supposed to inform the office and for about a month later I still haven't heard anything about getting this ongoing problem fixed. So if you have A LOT of PATIENCE then it would be an ok place to live, but make sure you talk them down on Rent because for what they offer it isn't worth it. I am stupid for living there for this long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
