Decent if you dont mind noise, dogs barking, and parties on the weekend From: eric_kilgore@yahoo.com Date posted: 5/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Hey I am a recent college grad so many of the things that would bother an old fogey dont bother me. But if you dont like to hear parties on the weekend and dogs barking from the townhouse section this isnt ur place. One thing I thought was cool was that a water main broke during the winter out in front of my building and it created the most enormous pit i have ever seen because I guess they never inspect the premises. Also I hear they are going to start charging for trash and water under the guise of it being 'environment friendly' also there is f'ing Jackass in the office named Rodney who can't figure out how to add seperate checks together so if you have a roomie be ready to write one check or he will 'lose' one of the checks every month. Ya know the more I write the more pissed I am about this whole place when I started I was indifferent lol. Peace
