I'm a resident and moved in within the 1st week the city allowed it. Granted, it was hard to get an appointment and see a unit and to sign the lease, but no fault of the leasing office. They literally get about 150 call p/day about the property, while balancing the needs of the residents. At my move-in, a lot of the "extras" were not complete, as promised. For example: the rooftop pool(still far from completion), gym (completed last week- lacks TV's, mirrors, etc), the running track will NOT be on the roof, but mixed into a playground area (not even begun to build), underground parking isn't complete and it's on 2 levels that ARE NOT JOINED. If you can't find space on level 1, you must exit that from to outside of building and re-enter at the 2nd floor entrance (design flaw 110%). Upon resident move in, the 4-star dining at the entry level was to be complete- still isn't & no know date of completion and the keypad entry isn't on- which is a HUGE SAFETY CONCERN (I moved in late February and the front entry was promised to be secure and locked within a week. One month later, nothing has changed- remains unlocked. My unit, I love! I have wonderful view, lots of space- a true loft-style. This place is only going to get better- so get in now if possible while having an open-mind regarding the incomplete extras promised. When this place is finally done, it will be one of hottest places in River Market to live- hands down!
