MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENACE SUCK!! My advice to anyone that is thinking about living here...have an attorney ready! They lie, lie, lie!!! They also dont care about anyone..isnt that part of being a property manager'' To manage the property'' Well dont hold your breath waiting on it to happen here...unless they get a new management team..that would be great!

My experience in Cold Storage Lofts have been great. I have found the management team to be responsive and easy to work with. I believe the property manager, Lori, does an excellent job. I do not think she was in charge when the negative blogs were written. I love all the people here and am glad I made the decision. Cold Storage Lofts is a great place to live.
