My review is more of a response to the others. My interview proccess went very smooth and was rather impressed. The problems I think are on the contractors rather than the management. That cannot be a good position to be in when the building is not even 100% complete and trying to lease out spaces that need attention. As far as the pets are concerned yes there are some pets here that shouldnt be, but the problem there lies in the hands of the tennants I feel. If a tennant has no respect for others and cannot walk the dog outside then he or she has no reason to own a pet. Remember as in anything it only takes 1 person to ruin it for everyone else.

I have been observing the progress of the developement of the River Market area with great excitment. I remember this area as one that the "urban" blight had consumed. It was horrible. Not so today with the redevelopment of this area. Unfortunately this comes with a price..construction, contractors and people that do not have a vested interest much farther than the paycheck they receive for work done. Rent up during construction does not come without it's issues. I'm sure the management explained they were still under construction at the time anyone inquired about leasing in the Cold Storage Lofts. Plus anyone considering living on a property still under construction has got to have some idea there will be several "issues" that will need addressing. As far as a difficult neighbor, report them to your manager, give the manager the benefit of the doubt that she or he will address it. Alot of the public has the notion all a management staff does is take your rent money. Their responsibility goes so much farther than the public realizes. Unforunately, the management can not just "get rid of" a problem tenant. There are so many laws/rules in place that dictates a process that MUST be followed to correct issues with a problem tenant. I also would like to say that everyone in a apartment like setting has got to remember every household is different and with that comes different takes on life and lifestyle. If at any time a neighbor prevents the peace & enjoyment of any neighbor, contact your management, they have the tools to address the situation. Alot of times, a neighbor is not aware they are creating a problem. There is a nice way to approach them, introduce yourself and tell them (without attitude) that something they are doing is disturbing you. The majority of the public is caring and will be more aware of their behaviour. As for the ones that do not care...they will be dealt with, it just takes more time than most people realizes.
