I moved to CSL in April and at first I was pretty content. In a few short months my disappointment has dramatically increased. Believe every review that says this a party enviornment because that is the honest truth. Parking is a joke, we walk quite a distance on a daily basis just to get into the building. It s difficult with carts (groceries or carrying in bags). My car was just hit and serious damage was done, no one left a note and of course management did nothing. So, I have a nice bill for that now while the offender is off scott free. There are a lot of issues here with noise, animal messes, trash everywhere, and my personal favorite is when people groom their animals and leave the chunks of hair laying in the stairwell. My boys will not sleep in there bedroom during the weekend because of the noise in the hallways is too scary (adults and children screaming and just general loud noise). The work out center is nice but HOT when you are working out. Need fans but I understand why they aren t put up because they would be stolen. Washers and dryers in unit are a joke for people who have children, they are small and you can not chose water temperature in washer, dryer never shuts off. No, it s not just my particular units, it s because they are small European models very, very inefficient. There is new management now so hopefully things will change but if you have a choice keep looking!
