I love my own personal space except when the air conditioning went out for a week and the fact that my floors were not finished as promised. There are cigaretts everywhere. People do not, for the most part, pick up after their dogs. Yes, the fire alarm goes off quite often and no one even responds to it so I really hope there never is a fire b/c we all would be screwed. The turnover rate in the office is pretty much daily and no one ever knows what you are talking about if you reported a problem to someone else. Everyone is always discrediting the other staff members. Promises are made and then revoked b/c "that person does not have that authority to promise you that." Before moving in we were promised a restraunt and mini grocery and dog walk were being put in. Now no one has any idea what we are talking about. My door has been left open my maitenance. 150 eviction notices went out on doors claiming rent was not paid when it turns out the office did not write down who had actually paid their rent. Personally, I have never had a problem parking. There has never been a problem with noise or violence. The only thing I hear from my apartment is the people moving around above me. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. The office hours are always changing at their convenience and they NEVER pick up their phone.

Lots of changes happening. New Manager. She is kicking butt!! The losers are moving and things are starting to happen like they should... Give her time....
