(REGARDING THE REVIEW BELOW MINE)

As a tenant who has complained about some of the issues of Cold Storage. I will offer some explanation regarding towing of cars and the new Manager.

The new management lady has taken a great strides to gain back control of the building. Surly you must realize that any good apartment complex has very strict rules regarding cars on private property. Look at your leasing agreement "you where notified at the signing of you lease in section #10" that all abandon cars, broken windows, flats, improper registration etc. would be towed at the owners expense.

I was almost towed the same day as everyone else due to the fact my car had a flat tire. I had heard though the building they where towing cars and the leasing agent had mentioned my car was marked for tow. Promptly I fixed my fat tire the same day with out question. "as I should have 2 weeks ago" so what I'm saying is, the responsibility falls on you. When management takes the time to care for those that need protection and happiness of their resident space, many may feel they are falling victim to the rules and regulations that are already in place, but where never enforced. Management of cold storage are not your baby sitters. They are in the business to make money and enforce the rules for there protection and the happiness of all who care about their quality of living.

You made no mention as to why you car was towed, but in my experience in what I've seen it was a violation.

Strong enforcement of the rules and regulations is a warm and needed welcome. In the past 8 months finally something is being done. Step by step things are getting back under there needed control.

I'm sure people who read this who want a warm inviting place to live may find your complaints less disturbing but a welcome mat for those who want to live like I want to, In a safe environment where rules and regulations (that we all know we need to follow).

They are in the business to make money. If you don't pay your rent, pay late, past due or police violations you can expect a certain amount of non-compliance. However because I have paid my rent on time with no late fee's or any write up on violations I have gotten nothing but good customer service. But I know in my mind in talking with the new manager she a ZERO TOLERANCE kind of gal. Personally I like it and its the first time in 7 months I have felt more comfortable than I ever have been.

As time goes on and progress is being made. Its only fair in the interest of Cold Storage that I post positive things I've seen as well.

I have really seen some changes in just a few weeks. I am finally feeling ok living here. I am going to wait another month to see if the changes really make a difference. I think they will. I have to hand it to the new Manager.
