horrible place to live. i don't know why anyone would spend their time or money here. when you walk your dogs there is crap everywhere. you can now get arrested if you break any of the new addendums(i.e your car being an eyesore, being drunk and minding your own business, being too loud) its like a prison over here. maybe they fix things that are wrong with new tenants apartments but they do not care about the tenants who have been here for 7 months. i cant wait to get out of this place. parking is a joke, the managers a joke and kind of a -----, this place is a joke. and if you have any problems and you try to talk to someone who is higher than lori.....dont bother they never return any phone calls. you kidding right? Your upset becuase if you act stupid becuase someone is a drunk and forgets forgets their key you expect the officer or cold storage to be kind enough to let you in? When by law if you are assesed being drunk you can not make any legal binding agreements, contracts or vebal statements sence cold storage would be found liable. well you know what GOOD FOR THEM. If you or anyone else is an idiot drinker who looses basic responsibility such as loosing your key, as far as I'm conserned you can sit outside with the rest of the drunk'en bums and idiots! why or anyone else wants or needs that around them? due to there lack of responsibility.
And you consider that a "small thing"? You say you've never been loud or drunk? then what you problem and why is somthing that does'nt consern you? or are you just "making that you business when in fact based on you statement it should'nt be any of your business anyways right"?
if your a home owner and wonder around people's property and the police find you. guess what you go to jail for being a public drunk or disorderly conduct anyways. If you find that silly as well you must worse than I even expected you to be.
and why would anyone give a copy of a key to another person who is not on the lease? and run around in a secure building? personally they should go to jail. This building is for people that acually live here. not for every ---- head somone else deems importent. so crawl back under your rock and stay there. or find a new crab shell to live in!
and by the way. I don't work for cold storage, nor management, police, leasing agent, or anyone from the corperate office. I'm just a resident just like you.
How many home owners or aparment complexs would be greatfull to have lawenforment in there building 24 hours a day. so if a few drunks can't get in ther apartment because they where idiots and lost there key. that suites me just fine. They can sleep it off in there car or at a friends house, thats the price you pay for being stupid, and not at residents expense or exposure!
By the way. I've never seen a totaly behaved DRUNK in all my life. it breeds conflict, attracts crime, disturbes residence. and if you say you've lived here for 7 months. You know as well as I have its been the drunks who has caused most of the fights, stabbings, roof top fights, walking around in the hallways with alcohol and beer cans and bring there friends here and cause problems. And thats why the police is living here in the first place. YOU STILL FIND THAT SILLY? GET A LIFE!

Well it is funny to me that you posted as anonymous... maybe because you referenced nazi germany where 6 million Jewish people were killed?
How could you even use that in a sentence?

If you hate the police being here for the things you mentioned..then your the problem aready. If you can catch the attention of the police being here for being drunk and lound and not minding there own business. then you sir are already the problem. So say good bye because we don't want you here. You must be the last bad part of what we are trying to remove from the building. The hood has plenty of vacancies available to you.

i never said i hated the police being here. i just think its silly that you can get arrested for such small things that was stated in one of the letters we recieved on our doors. i have never been loud, drunk or obnoxious. like i said before, i think its silly you can get arrested. oh and even better yet if you lockedout of your apt and have been drinking they wont let you in. how ridiculous is that. or better yet make a key and give it to your friend when on the key it states "DO NOT COPY".
and whats this about "last bad part of what we are trying to remove from the building"? who makes up the 'we' part? the managers? thats what i thought. not all people need to live in the hood. get that racism out of your head already.
