We like it here. It is an apartment building. The rent is reasonable. You are downtown. I see the two cop guys patroling at all hours. I even called the police dept.recently (we were a witness on something) and were told that crime in the river market/Cold Storage was the lowest out of the apartments in the area. The property is very well lighted. The staff is pretty much always available to you at all hours. They are devoted to this place.

Hey trey, you don't live here. Until you do, you don't have the right to comment on things you don't know about. Just because there is a positive comment doesn't mean that person works here. I have lived here for 3 years and i am very happy. Try and read the positive reviews, not everyone out there are liars.
