I have lived in Cold storage since July. I have found the maintenance to be timely and effective. Thanks for changing out my washer. The management abides by the laws. It is called "Fair Housing" what they do for one person they must do for all. So, it is imporatant to be equitable. The office staff has been nothing but friendly.. The underground parking is very convenient. I find the gym to have all the necessary equipment and use it daily. I do like my apartment but do think I may want to move higher in the building.
