I've lived here for a little under a year and the only thing that I can say sucks about this place are the heathens at the pool. I've had one problem concerning my air conditioner, and it was fixed no more than a few minutes after I placed the call. The maintenance man is polite and speedy and he does a great job. The guy who cleans the grounds is out every day picking stuff up, so it is never messy here. The management staff (especially Phyllis) is really concerned if you have a problem paying rent on time and will go out of their way to assist you. Sure, if you're late you'll get a "pay rent or quit" notice on your door, but all you have to do is pick up the phone and call, and they'll make note in their computer as to when you can pay. Another thing, the set up in the apts. is gorgeous! Beautiful windows and arched doorways, it's a Spanish Villa type place. The noise levels are so quiet (at least at my side of the neighborhhod!) that I've not heard so much of a peep out of my neighbors, and most of them have children! If your looking for peace and quiet and beautiful apartment homes, then this is the place to move to! I love it and would recommend it to anyone who asked. Sadly, we will be moving soon, but only because we are expecting our second child and they don't have three bedroom floorplans. I can only hope that the next place will feel as homely as this one did! Coves North ROCKS!!
