I don't agree that these places are trashy, however any small problems that I have had have been fixed right away. The rent is too high for the amount of space you get, but it's based on the location. The bathrooms could use some work, but I'm sure they'll wait until water leaks downstairs into the little old lady's apartment to fix it. Then they'll have to do something. The managers are ok, and the maitenance guy is great, but they definetly need some major fixing. I'm not even going to touch the pool it looks horrible.
