So I just read the whole satisfaction review. All I have to say is wait until there are gangs of teenagers fighting next to your apartment and car. This is not to mention the number of people including myself who have had their apartments broken into. Maintenace was good at first but I've had several things broken for months that I have called about over 6 times. Just today it was raining and my bedroom becamed soaked with the windows closed. The office says utilities are cheaper than other places but in reality these apts are old and utilities for my 1 bedroom are higher than my mother's house. Washer and Dryer prices have gone up to $1.50 per load and after adding up my water bill from my old apartment complex, I'm paying triple for laundry. The Coves said that it is much cheaper. My advice would be to stay away from here unless you like these problems.

Oh and lets not forget that they also spout your personal business off to just about anybody that will listen trust me when I first moved in here I got the report on everyone in my building. Also the fact that maintenece can come into your Apartment any time they feel like it. The maintence guy showed up one morning when I was sleeping and walked right in my bedroom.

I completely agree!! That just happened to me too. I just moved out about a week ago and one of my friends still lives there. I just talked to her today and found out the story of me via -------. That lady is crazy and needs to be fired.
