While laundry is close by to every six units this means that only a single washer and dryer is close by. If you're single this barely works. They're the small size of washer meaning you need to do a load every 5-6 days just for one adult. Prices were increased with no notice but with an increase in given time as well.
A renter moved out and the turn-off notices were left up for over a month and they appeared with days of moving out. No one from the company could have gone inside the unit to inspect it or fix anything without removing them.
Trimming of bushes was done for the first time of the season in early fall. Newspapers were thrown, visibly, behind these bushes, and left for 3 months without being moved until that point. Did they ever walk by this spot before that'
Light bulbs take weeks to be changed if they ever are. The light posts are missing the lamp all over the place. Bare electrical wires are showing all over the place from missing lamps and air conditioners.
Windows won't stay up without a prop. You open them and they're so heavy you could squish your hand so bad you'll lose fingers if you're not careful.
Overflowing trash dumpsters on a regular basis.
Maintenance turn ins take anywhere from weeks to never. No after hours or emergency number is given for maintenance.
Receipts are not given for rent. A small point but such a basic part of doing business these days to be forgotten.
No outgoing mail location on site. None. This is a disgrace.
If you come by when they are closed the brochure holder is always empty. There is no phone number outside the building for walk up interest.

have you been charged the extra fees yet. this is one that ------- ------ comes up with. if you have paid your rent on the friday the 5th, she is off on the weekend, she will not credit your account until that monday. she will send you a late pay notice for an extra 20 dollars pplus 2 dollars a day. if you don't pay that, she will send it to the attorney and he will add $250.00 on to it. They try to strong arm you into paying this. plus it goes on your rental history record with them. it is a ripoff. i have been hit with that several times in the 12 months i have been there. of course they would not renew my lease because i got tired of being ripped off by -------. She just makes up fees, says the computer does it....but i work with computers and anything you can program the system to do, you can reprogram it not to do....so don'f fall for that stuff. if you move here...beware of -------, she will get you. ------- was good to work with. once they hired ------- who also pull the same stuff over at the Old Quail Run Apts, her management skills are non existent. beware!

Update:
No month to month. 60 days to give notice or it goes to another year.
They cleared the snow in winter but not the ice nor do they lay down salt to melt it all when they do. One time they actually cleared half a sidewalk and half grass. This left the sidewalks covered in ice. Covered.
They don't change furnace filters.
People who were evicted lived with friends upstairs from one of the staff. She seemed to have no clue about this. She said it explained why a unit would be occupied when it was known the only person on the lease was out of town.
A car sat without plates and with the dealer writing on the windshield was in the same spot for months without being moved- known because of the snow piled against it for weeks. They commented that "I was doing their job" when I pointed this out.
It's possible to climb up the side of the building and get onto any porch. Maintenance does it.
They charge you 3-4x your actual water usage. I moved and my water bill dropped to a quarter.
The AC and heat only blow one direction, meaning one side is hot and the other cold. The windows are full of condensation, a sign of poor insulation.
The sliding doors fall on the tracks with normal use.
Multiple requests for documents the city court wants turns up nothing. Even when it involves the complex getting compensation.
