Walls are paperthin. Management will not do anything about problems. Half the decks are leaning and I am sure not to code. Manager is rude and lets her grandkids have the run of the place when not in school. Even though there are leases, most people do not seem to stay a year. Rules are there, but not enforced. Only one washer/dryer per 6 apartments. Price is higher than laundrymat. And you must pay for the water used on your water bill too. Look elsewhere for a place to live. We are.
