This was my first apartment and I really liked it. The apartments are very well priced!!! The only thing is there pet policy sucks. They either won't let you have any pets or in their new phase you can only have one pet. I have two cats that weight like 7 pounds each. I think that's dumb they wouldn't let me move in but whatever, I would still reccomend it.

I saw this place I really liked it. The only concern I have is the creek that runs through the property. I noticed that the main entrance to the complex has an impassible during high water sign at a couple points. Does the creek flood? I would love to move here but do not want to have to worry about getting in and out of the property.

I have lived here since this property opened and there has never been an issue with impassable roadways. There are 2 entrances to the property one is through the Ethans Apartments and the other is by the police station so there are no worries getting in or out of here.

This is the dumbest posting that I have ever seen. How could this be your first apartment if they wouldn't let you move in. And, if you never lived there, how could you recommend it to anyone?
