First of all, I would like to say good luck with getting maintenance to your apartment. Several times I expected maintenance to be at my apartment on certain days and they just never showed up until I contacted them again. And the office staff always seemed so rude to me like I was a burden if I ever had a question or issue to address to them. And this place will find a way to take your deposit after you move out and then make up ---- just so they can charge you more money! They told me I had to tell them a month in advance that I was moving out..so I did. And that seemed ok according to the girl that I spoke with. They sent me a letter a couple weeks later telling me they had been charging me by the day because I had not come down to sign a piece of paper stating that I was moving out! They said instead of me paying it they would just keep my deposit.. What crap! THEN, a few weeks after I moved out I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed them money for them having to sanitize the carpet! I am a very neat person and never even wore my shoes around my apartment so I couldn't imagine what could have been wrong with it. They told me it was because of cat vomit! And I never even owned a cat or any pet!!! Kim was so rude and did not care about helping me..she just said that I had to pay it. So there is nothing I can do now but pay for something that these people made up. Good luck with not getting screwed over by these people one way or another..
