I've lived here for a while and seen many positive and negative changes. The question boils down to: what are you willing to do to help' If there's minor repair, I do it myself. For larger more complicated things like: furnace, AC, roof, disposal, etc. - I call maintenance. I've found the current maintenance guy to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Not always sure however, the apartment manager gets repair requests to the maintenance guy.

It's been nice to see all the outside work being done; the resurfacing of the parking lot, painting of the buildings, etc. Certainly makes it look better. And, I'm glad to hear that new ouside lighting will be installed. There's no question, Mr. Buckner has sunk a lot of money back into this complex. And, I for one am happy he's doing it.

All in all, my needs have been met and I'm happy living here.

You are right. Mr. Buckner has a vision of what our community COULD look like and he permitted our management firm to execute funds into what the property needed and we all know it needed a lot ! Keep the positive stuff a commin people! Lets keep our manager and maintenance!
