Pricey for what you get From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   They showed me the model and told me my apartment would be nicer and bigger. I asked several times to see my actual apartment before signing my lease but they never would. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom and my kitchen was completely different from the model. No full sized stove, really old dishwasher, counter microwave instead of under the cabinet. These shouldn't matter but when you are paying almost $700 a month you would think it would be nicer. I never closed my windows in the winter. It was so hot! Even with my heat shut off I was sweating in January. It's $50 for outside parking. I had to climb metal stairs similiar to fire escape stairs to get to my car. In the middle of winter they wouldn't clean the stairs or put down salt. I was always slipping and sliding to get to my cr in the morning and even fell. Also, the $83 a month they make you pay for utilities which doesn't include electric is a rip off.
