Please beware of renting at this apartment complex! They will tell you one thing and do something totally different! Oh and God forbid something were to happen that you needed to break your lease....prepare to have that haunt you for the next 7 years! Best to just STAY AWAY!

Why would they report you to a credit bureau if you paid your fees? How could they send you to the collection agency if there was a zero balance?

Again...Really?! See normal apartment complexes clearly state what their fees will be when and if a lease is broke. Normal apartment complexes don't add on fees after someone HAS taken care of their RESPONSIBILITY of breaking that lease. They also don't pick and choose who to waive such fees for. See in America such thing is called discrimination! It is against the law!!!! Apparently you are sorely uneducated and speaking out of turn. If this was so cut and dry as you state above then why when trying to make arrangements it was clearly asked to point out (in the lease) all fees and the full amount WOULD be paid.... Neither the manager nor the collection agency could. This should tell you something! It is also a FACT that I am not the only one that has had this complaint. JUST READ the other responses. So yes, you are totally correct in saying "try to get that service with a credit card or car loan company!" You wouldn't! Those companies would provide PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!
********Did I not make this clear enough the first time? Please don't be so ignorant on your responds. FYI.... Any company, valid claim or not, can turn you into a collection agency. Anyway, why does this concern you so much? This is MY review on MY experience with your so lovely Falcon Falls. They are very unprofessional and poorly managed. Again, would not recommend to anyone.
