If you like prompt service, don't move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The pool is small and only 3 ft deep. Yes they have computers but the maintenance staff is always on them. They charge a fee to rent the rec room, which should be an 'amenity' and the walls are thin. I can hear everything from outside, so I know my neighbors can hear me. Work orders take forever, which should not be the case since this is a new facility. I really don't care if the staff knows my name. They are never in the office and do not return phone calls.
