I love the location and the view of downtown KC from my porch. However, my roommate and I are constantly having to contact the office to send someone over to fix something. These townhomes are so poorly constructed and they are only 2 years old. We've had issues with bugs. We've had issue after issue. We can't wait for our lease to be up. It should not cost this much for not so good living.
