We just moved in to a new Villa. The leasing office people are really nice and very helpful. The guy that helped us put our own personal code in to our key pad on our garage was there as soon as we called. I saw a few notes about construction and I do agree that there is some construction. But, the construciton is not on the same road as any of the places where people live so it does not bother me much. My Villa backs to a private view of nothing but woods. We have windows across the entire back of our home, it is very beautiful. We just can't believe these are not for sale. We will stay for a very long time!
