For those who moved in when this place was new. Of course, there were no problems. Now that this place has aged you can't buy a handy man. The office staff is horrible in everyway imaginable. They never show up for work, you can never get an appointment with the manager. Talk about unorganized and unprofessional, no one knows anything except the manager and she's never there. For those who are considering look beyond the smiles. Most people live here a year at best, which tells me no stability within the management team. Its sad when guest/s pass by this large complex, due to overgrown grass as you enter the premises. So if you're considering moving into this area, consider a property where you don't pay outrageous prices and pay the price of getting absoultely nothing taken care when you need them.

I didn't move in when the place was new. I have never had a problem with the maintenance or management team. There is always someone in the office when I've visisted. I would disagree with the statement that people live here short term, my apartment was only lived in by one person before me and in the year I've been here I've rarely seen moving trucks/trailers in the parking lots.
