Nicest place in the Northland From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We spent weeks searching for a house to rent in the northland, but they were all run down and over priced, plus they wanted a ridiculous deposit. My sister-in-law lives in an apartment here and told us that they had houses and townhomes. When we found Falcon Falls, we knew it was the right place! The only thing we had a hard time with was which floorplan to choose! We decided on a house, and I absolutely love it. All of the neighbors are great, the office is staff is wonderful, and the two times that I had a problem, maintenance was right out the next day. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, clean community in a good school district. The rent is not even that high compared to what else is out there. We plan on being here for a long time!
