Falcon Falls apartments are nice and I would definitely live here again. Pros: Pet friendly, nice office/pool/exercise room, nice landscaping, nice appliances and colors in apartment. Cons: Parking sucks at certain times of the week (sunday evenings, etc), and construction does seem cheap because I can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around, flushing toilet, etc. Also, outdoor a/c fans are pretty loud and heard in the bedroom.

Not a great place for night workers/day sleepers either! The groundskeepers don't come on a schedule and they take all day to get the grounds mowed and weeded. If your apartment has windows facing 68th street you'll hear nothing but traffic all the time. And, yes, I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does in the bathroom....yuck!!!!
