It was okay but you can do better for the money.
I refuse to recommend this place to anyone for 2 reasons.
1. You can hear your neighbors pee in the morning/noon/night, wash hands, walk across the room, etc. Cheaply made.
2. We cleaned that place to perfection before moving out & they only got back $20 from a $300 deposit. Don't even bother cleaning before leaving & consider the deposit gone. I am not making this up, we left the place scrubbed, & vacuumed, clean in every corner, astonished we didn't get deposit back.

I agree!!! I can't wait to move out. This place is so cheaply made, there's no way it's worth the rent. The paint they used on the walls is so cheap that a cardboard box caused a permanent mar on the wall... i'm not kidding! The countertops are supposedly "granite-like" but they are obvioulsy veneer and water seeps into the seems making them look even cheaper. The sinks leak, the window in my bedroom is crooked and so it's freezing in the wintertime and hot in the summer. They must have had horrible contractors or this place was a big rush job done by idiots. Who uses window caulking to caulk a sink?!?!!? Not worth the high rent!!!
