I have to agree with the person who wrote, "What happened to this place'!" When I first moved in (2004), FP was very nice, quiet, and clean. Things were taken care of promptly and the staff was friendly and involved. Now there is often trash and litter everywhere, the trash valet never picks it up, and the buildings and parking are really being let go. I also agree that FP seems to be letting any Tom, ----, and Skanky in and things are not as peaceful or quality. Whether it's new management, turnovers in staff, or poor organization, something needs to change.
