Not a bad place to live but maintenance really needs improvement...i moved in and my ceiling leaked in my bathroom...it took 2 months to fix and I could not use the shower in that bathroom...so i paid for something i couldnt use. The weather stripping has become extinct around my front door and the bedrooms are freezing in the winter time due to a draft coming from the windows. It is a quiet place to live but you can tell many are unsatisfied as every weekend people are moving out in droves..my building is half empty. I don't believe I will be renewing my lease.
