After 3months of living in my one bedroom apartment, I witnessed two car break-ins, one car being stolen, and a suicide across the street. Not exactly what I had expected. The apartments are old, the carpet is dirty, old and torn up. When I first moved in I discoverd three different spots that were patched. They come up now whenever I vacuum. I have had problems with my sink, garbage disposal, and bathroom toilet. Also, my light on my deck hasn't worked since I moved in, nor the outlet outside. In the description they list the nice ammenities about the pool, basketball court, workout room, and tanning bed. This is a joke, the tanning bed is at least 10years old, the basketball goal doesn't even have a rim attached to it, and the weight room has been in the process of being redone since I moved in almost 11 months ago. The only good thing about Falcon Point is the cheap rent amount. Other then that it's loud and out-dated.
