We have lived at Falcon Point for two years now. We have had pleasant experiences with the front office staff, and while the maintenance takes several days, the staff is nice. We had several UPS and Fedex packages arrive from our wedding registry, and the front office would sign for them and always offer to help us to our apartment with the large packages. I do have a few complaints however. We have never been lucky enough to have the trash valet actually pick up our trash. The lawn outside our apartment often smells like urine and is sprinkled with feces (I assume by pets, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was from our downstairs neighbors who party loudly often and leave beer cans and cigarette butts everywhere). The swimming pool and gym are a joke. You put 4 adults in the pool and it's crowded. The interior of the apartment is outdated. Our carpet had several large bleached spots on it, and it is coming unraveled in a few spots. Overall the apartments are okay, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable place without frills.
