and that about sums it up.

the staff was nice. but because we actually had most problems with a tenant that used to work for the apartments, nothing was ever done. they were rude, and noisy and allowed their child to run around kicking and knocking on doors.

had to fix a couple things ourselves because they would "fix" it and it wouldn't solve the problem we complained about.

we would have scheduled bug inspections/sprays for our building and our apt would always be forgotten (don't know if any others were too)
