Not worth it From: pulsar_eyes Date posted: 7/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I lived here for almost two years. I lived on the bottom flor and because it is halfway underground the apartment was ALWAYS wet, water leaking through the windows, through the patio. Many of my things were ruined due to water damage. Becaue of the water there were always bugs around and the office wouldn't do anything about it. The office staff was always changing but the manager at the time was nice. People were constantly leaving laundry in the machines for days at a time and some of my laundry was stolen just during the half hour i was away letting it dry. Parking was horrible. The unit itself was very cute, and if I had an upstairs unit I'm sure it wouldn't have been as bad. My onlly advice is not to get a ground unit. And be prepared to walk because you won't be able to park in front of your building. A few cars got broken into while I lived there but I don't remember any other safety problems. I wouldn't say that maintainence was poor workmanship more like cheap. He was a great guy and tried as hard as he could but they just wouldn't give him the money or proper tools to fix some things.
