I moved to the Fountain View on the Plaza because of the location--so much to do in this neighborhood including the art center, the park, the Plaza Library, lots of restuarants, fabulous retail shopping, and the best movie theater in Kansas City. There is always something to do and you never have to get in your car to do it. However, since I hadn't lived in an apartment for a long time, I was a little apprehensive about maintaining things and getting things fixed. After I moved in, I was really surprised, pleasantly surprised, by how efficient and gracious the management and maintenance staff always are. Wow! When I call with a question or a problem, I receive an immediate answer and solution to the problem. Everyone is so nice. The maintenance staff is genuinely caring and concerned that things are fixed promptly and correctly. This makes living at the Foutain View a real pleasure.
