its one of only non-highrise, walk to the plaza and westport complexes. For that, i find value. Its also fairly modern and amenitized. That said, it was put up very cheaply and it is very easy to make your apt look pretty worn in without even trying. The management is also a mixed bag. Some are friendly others are competent but none are both. Lately, they have been inconveniencing tenants for going on 6 weeks with resealing the parking decks and displacing parking, all the while still having the nerve to charge late fees. i think that is kinda ballsy. They are certainly not marketing majors down there trying to retain tenants.
