Horrible management and complex

First, the management is horrible. The manager and the leasing agents are ignorant, disrepectful and incompetent. I have had to complain as many as 4 times (including a written demand) to have repairs made.
Second, the apartments come with many problems. Including, water leaking in the ceiling (into bedrooms and closets and ruining furniture and clothes), thin walls, dishwasher leaks, mold, poor plumbing, etc.
Third, the complex is NOT safe. The gates are almost always broken. The night security is concerned only with parking problems. Many vehicles have been vandalized recently. This includes broken windows, stolen stereos and tires, etc.
The apartments are overpriced, the management is rude, the apartments are old and run down and the complex is not safe. Do not move here.
