From day one I have had problems with this place. the thing I associate with the new management is "new problems." I will not waste my time going over all the bad details about this place because all I need to say is that the management is extremely unprofessional and don't know how to deal with anything. Problems with maintenance are never resolved and the rudeness to the tenants is unfathomable. Management at Fountain View on the plaza SUCKS. I will kill the next person who tries to tell me that it's all worth it just because it's near the plaza. Being near the plaza doesn't make up for inadequate living conditions!

To the unsatisifed tenant, Your language and anger proves to me that you are hard to please anyways! I am the first to say that EVERYONE and EVERYTHING has faults but...the word kill should NEVER EVER be mentioned in a complaint. Have a great day!

Fountain View on the Plaza management staff would like to personally thank our residents for their patience and cooperation during our recent parking garage project. Although the timing seemed like forever, we were able to condense a two-year scope of work down to approximately nine months. We were able to do this because of the unbelievable cooperation and patience of our residents along with the expedient work from our contractors. As the project comes to an end, we???d like to express that while most residents did experience some inconvenience, we had the best intentions and the understanding of our residents at all times. Fountain View management and staff always strive to provide a superior level of customer service and will continue to raise the bar at offering unparalleled customer service on a daily basis. Our staff members will always greet you with a smile, take your work orders, solve a maintenance issue, search for a package, check out a movie, and do so without hesitation.
