The fact is when I want to relax in the sauna I expect it to be fully operational. NOT taking up useless space in a complex that costs very much to inhabit. When the steam room is not working I get very disappointed. When I get disappointed it forces me to take action. The action I am taking is rating this complex very low. Here's a hint Fountainview Management. FIX THE STEAM ROOM!

Fountain View on the Plaza management staff would like to personally thank our residents for their patience and cooperation during our recent parking garage project. Although the timing seemed like forever, we were able to condense a two-year scope of work down to approximately nine months. We were able to do this because of the unbelievable cooperation and patience of our residents along with the expedient work from our contractors. As the project comes to an end, we???d like to express that while most residents did experience some inconvenience, we had the best intentions and the understanding of our residents at all times. Fountain View management and staff always strive to provide a superior level of customer service and will continue to raise the bar at offering unparalleled customer service on a daily basis. Our staff members will always greet you with a smile, take your work orders, solve a maintenance issue, search for a package, check out a movie, and do so without hesitation. We are here because of you and our goal is to provide you with an outstanding living experience!
