The fountain view complex is very bad. The people that work here are mean, they don't help me, maintenance never fixes my toilet, and the neighbors won't shut up! Come on, Fountain View. Get it together!

Fountain View on the Plaza management staff would like to personally thank our residents for their patience and cooperation during our recent parking garage project. Although the timing seemed like forever, we were able to condense a two-year scope of work down to approximately nine months. We were able to do this because of the unbelievable cooperation and patience of our residents along with the expedient work from our contractors. As the project comes to an end, we???d like to express that while most residents did experience some inconvenience, we had the best intentions and the understanding of our residents at all times. Fountain View management and staff always strive to provide a superior level of customer service and will continue to raise the bar at offering unparalleled customer service on a daily basis. Our staff members will always greet you with a smile, take your work orders, solve a maintenance issue, search for a package, check out a movie, and do so without hesitation. We invite our residents to contact our office to raise awareness to any concerns you may have or just stop by to say ???Hi.??? We are here because of you and our goal is to provide you with an outstanding living experience!

Although the timing seemed like - *and, in fact, was* forever, we were able to condense a *two month* scope of work down to approximately nine months. We were *not* able to do this because of the unbelievable cooperation and patience of our residents along with the *lethargic and sluggish* work from our contractors. As the project comes to an end, we???d like to express that while *all* residents did experience *a boatload of* inconvenience, we *did not* have the best intentions and the understanding of our residents at all times. Fountain View management and staff *never* strive to provide a superior level of customer service and will continue to raise the bar at offering *------* customer service on a daily basis. Our staff members will always greet you with a smile, *and then shun you and wish you were never born, meanwhile emphasizing to your face that you are, in fact, the scum of the earth*. We *sincerely hope* our residents *NEVER* contact our office to raise awareness to any concerns you may have or just stop by to say ???Hi.??? *(like that -------- will ever happen)* We are here because *our Manager is a dipshit* and our goal is to *make our money the most convenient way possible* How's that, Fountain View?
