Judging from the latest newsletter the management seem to be very self-complimentary about what a great team they are. Perhaps they should get a dose of reality, read the comments posted here and start picking up their act. This is the epitomy of arrogance - what the hell is the 'Resident of the Month' all about '' She must be your only satisfied customer - maybe you should have her stuffed and mounted on the wall because this may become the hardest competition in the world to win. However, the newsletter does have some great tips on how to shampoo my hair - it is great to see my money well spent on this absolutely useless newsletter. If you really want to THANK the people living here then just do the basic stuff correct i.e. your job. Please stop THANKING the residents by providing hair care tips - you cant even do the job your trained to do properly - why in the hell would I listen to you for hair care techniques. You can start by THANKING us by getting the garage completed, fixing the sauna, updating the treadmills and actually being pleasant to the residents. That is all the THANKS I want or need.

Fountain View on the Plaza management staff would like to personally thank our residents for their patience and cooperation during our recent parking garage project. Although the timing seemed like forever, we were able to condense a two-year scope of work down to approximately nine months. We were able to do this because of the unbelievable cooperation and patience of our residents along with the expedient work from our contractors. As the project comes to an end, we???d like to express that while most residents did experience some inconvenience, we had the best intentions and the understanding of our residents at all times. Fountain View management and staff always strive to provide a superior level of customer service and will continue to raise the bar at offering unparalleled customer service on a daily basis. Our staff members will always greet you with a smile, take your work orders, solve a maintenance issue, search for a package, check out a movie, and do so without hesitation. We invite our residents to contact our office to raise awareness to any concerns you may have or just stop by to say ???Hi.??? We are here because of you and our goal is to provide you with an outstanding living experience!

Ahhh, the generic cut-and-paste job of Fountain View management. I would only expect them to dip this low. Only place these lies below the "negative" posts. It's their cheap way to compensate for their 13% approval rating. Either way, this website isn't exactly fair and objectionable anyway. You morons spend more time posting fake ads and defending yourselves on this website than actually taking constructive criticism and taking efforts that might actually help (read: SAVE!) your company. Ahhhh, Fountain View. Wasting their time helping themselves when they should be helping their customers.
