If you notice the post dated 5/15/07, the wording is exactly as it is stated in their marketing brochure, as if to make the earlier 51 negative postings sound like their crazy. They are not crazy. There are big stains in the hallway carpet. The fire alarm trips in storms and can stay on for as long as an hour, because the only maintenence person who can turn it off lives 30 miles away. The Kansas City Fire Department came but could not get in to turn it off. Cigarette butts litter the complex. The staff leaves 30 minutes before closing.
The next time I see a person holding a sign saying they are homeless, I'm thinking of giving them my key.
