We have lived here since Oct 07, and must say that in our short stay this place has been great. What few problems we have had, the maintenance staff has fixed promptly and courteously. That said, sometimes it does take awhile to get things fixed, perhaps in a complex as large as this 4 more maintenance men would stay busy. The grounds look nice, but it seems that even in this high rent complex, there are people who use the grounds as their own personal trash pits. There are dog excrement collection bins, and yet people won't pick up after their own dogs. After every weekend there is a collection of beer bottles in the grass from people who toss them off of their balconies. They are picked up by Tuesday, but it is a shame that the maintenance people have to waste their time doing this instead of fixing real problems.
The Plaza and its proximity is the real draw to this complex. It is so beautiful to go to sleep at night with the plaza lights streaming through your windows, and what is better than shopping and the restaurants'
The staff has been friendly and helpful to us, and I can't say enough about Jim and his maintenance staff, truly professional.
The one thing I would like to see is a 24 hour concierge in the front office. This is common on the coasts, and having office personnel on sight provides a feeling of extra security and well being.
We would reccomend this complex to our friends, and have plans on staying here for the forseeable future.
