I have been living here for the past 6 months and it is probably the worst experience I have ever had as a renter. Consider these points:

1. The staff are so focused on sales but once you become a tenant, forget about it. They are so unprofessional, resident complaints are not acted on. Try complaining and they'll always say they can't do anything about it. Ask Terri, Molly or whoever is in the office.

Outsiders regularly park in my parking slot and management does nothing about it. There are signs saying that unauthorized vehicles will be towed but that never happens in my case. The cars only get tagged. I have complained and all I got was a shrug of the shoulders.

Gates are never operational. People can just come in and out of the complex. There is no security. And that is why there are some nights where drunks get into the complex and shout to their hearts content late in the evening. Again even if you complain they can do nothing about it.

The trash chute is always filthy like some messy garbage heap. It is always full and it always smells very bad. The chutes are located in the parking garage and service 4 buildings each. This is simply not adequate.

I have lived in many states and many apartments and this by far is the worse experience I have ever had. For the money I pay I get nothing. The previous reviews are all true. I regret having ever set foot in this place. Fountainview SUCKS!!!!!!!
