I lived at FountainView for 7 months - I had to leave after my apartment flooded for the THIRD time. None of the floods began in my unit - but needless to say my furniture was destroyed each time, and I spend countless nights without a bedroom to sleep in and a bed to sleep on each time.
Fountainview is the prettiest complex around here - no doubt. But, JPI spent all their money on the aesthetics - every winter countless apartments flood - in fact they had over 100 units flood this winter - and chances are it will happen to you, even if you always leave your heat on (like I did.) Yes, this is a risk in all apartments, BUT most apartments have their pipes under the insulation. Not at fountainview - here the pipes are on the outside, so they tend to burst a lot more often.
If you do live decide to live here, do NOT go to the leasing offices with your issues. The ladies are nice, BUT they have no power to do anything. Call JPI directly - its the only way to get your problems fixed. It's a shame more people don't call JPI.

The real issue is the manager. The staff comes in and out of that place all the time. The property manager in her jeans NEVER calls you back, never takes calls when you know she is there! Very upsetting when you need answers. JPI was smart and sold the wreck of a property!
