I have lived here for 2 years and I would say that my rent has been increasing every year to the point that it is not affordable anymore. When I moved in, the carpet wasn t new, water comes from outside every time it rains into the apartment, and they don t want to change the rugs.
They are removing the washer and dryers from the units, now you have to pay them separately. You have to pay a pet fee, if the apartment is lake view you pay more.
They are always changing the management employees, and they only have one handyman for all the units which takes him a lot to fix what ever problem you have. They never change the air filters, and some of the air ducts you have to pay a company to clean them or it will smell terrible.
They have been cutting down all the trees that use to give the complex a beautiful view.

That's too bad! I enjoyed my time there, but I moved out 8 years ago so I would expect things to be different.
