I mean just that. Not only does it sound like a dog kennel, it SMELLS like one. You would have to watch where you're stepping inside and out by the limited flower beds by the parking lot.
FILTHY building inside and outside. My loft was FILTHY the day I moved in and no one cares. Numerous times I've wanted to meet with the office and they are never there. One time I did stop in at Christmas and the so called male leasing agent was not only talking "ethnic" but he was actually hitting on another male in the office. Being a black woman this was very offensive to me. Nothing says professionalism like an old --- acting like he's black.
