Freight House Lofts at Stuart Hall

OVERPRICED, NOISY, DISGUSTING From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Please don't let any of the positive comments fool you. This place may "appear" to be great, and indeed the loft spaces are loft-like and generally okay, but it is noisy and dirty. All I hear are dogs, dogs, dogs. Nobody puts their dogs on leashes, so there are squealing attacks all the time. I love dogs, but I have been jumped on numerous times and the owner wasn't even around the corner yet! There is poop and pee everywhere, people don't ever clean up. And for all this I pay a premium to live here. I can hear every word my neighbor says since the walls are so thin. She throws parties at 2 in the morning on weeknights, but when I complain to the office they tell me they have fined her but it keeps happening. Her dog barks at every dog that walks by at all hours. Nobody gets kicked out for noise or pet filth (which is stated in your lease that you will, indeed, get kicked out if you do these things), but you will get kicked out in a heartbeat if you don't pay your rent!!
