KC City Living at its Best

I have lived in Stuart Hall for about a year and a half now and after reading the reviews I feel like people are a bit wound up too tight. I think you have to decide what you want from where you live. I wanted to live downtown and be a part of it all. Stuart Hall definitely gives you that, you can walk over the pedestrian bridge to Union Station now, you are in the middle of "First Friday" fun and there are awesome restaurants within walking distance (with more on the way).
In response to the management staff I have had only positive experiences with them. You reap what you sow though so if you go in with an attitude, don't expect they will bend over backwards for you.
The barking dog factor...I'd suggest living on the higher floors. I'm up on 6 and there are few (if any) dogs. I actually haven't seen a one on my floor and don't hear them either. Occassionally the poop thing is a problem outside, but i feel like it has gotten better the past few months and that management has cracked down. My opinion is they should not allow dogs in the building anyway. Frankly owners don't seem to understand how to have a dog in the city, so maybe they shouldn't.
